Trent Bryson is the CEO of Bryson Financial Group, which has grown to become one of the leading Employee Benefits Consulting firms in Southern California. Trent is a past president of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), Long Beach, has served on the State Board and serves as a National Taskforce leader for the 70,000-member association. Trent is currently serving on the Board of Trustees for Memorial Hospital and the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach Board of Directors. He also is a Rotarian and AYSO coach.

Trent, a graduate of UC Santa Barbara, began his career at Merrill Lynch while training for the Olympic Trials in Track & Field for the Nike Farm Team in Palo Alto.

In 2001, Trent retired from Track & Field and rejoined Bryson Financial Group with a strategic plan to improve employee benefits consulting. With Trent’s leadership and vision, Bryson Financial Group was recently recognized by 401kWire, a leading financial trade publication, as one of the “Top 300 Most Influential Defined Contribution Advisors” as well as earning the Business Achievement Award from the Long Beach Chamber of Commerce. Trent holds a Bachelor of Science in Business-Economics from University of California at Santa Barbara, where he excelled in Track and Field, ultimately serving as President of Student Athlete Board. He carries a Certified Financial Planner designation from the American College and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
