Small Group Account Manager |
Julia Selby compliments our Employee Benefits Team as our Small Group Account Manager. Her primary focus is to help our small group clients, those with 2 to 50 employees, create, maintain and manage their employee benefits. Julia handles all aspects of service for her accounts including: creating proposals specific to that groups individual needs, advising and making recommendations, coordinating open enrollment meetings, and year round availability to assist them in their concerns and questions as it pertains to each of their businesses. She also initiates the implementation and maintains the client content for our web portal as well as for our wellness programs.
Julia’s positive personality makes it easy for our clients to feel comfortable asking for her assistance, especially on more complicated issues, which frees them up to concentrate on other aspects of their business. Julia eagerness to help means she is constantly looking for ways to help our clients find solutions with the employee benefits plans and her “can do” attitude means she never gives up.
Prior to Bryson Financial Group, Julia’s organizational and administrative skills were put to the test in the mortgage industry during its most booming period. Julia’s experience working for small businesses gives her the ability to relate to her clients and her years in the hospitality industry showcased her vivacious spirit. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Communication Studies from California State University Fullerton.
